摘要
建立高效液相色谱法快速检测水产品中三聚氰胺的方法。样品采用50%甲醇水+1%三氯乙酸(3+1)振荡提取,高速离心后过滤进行HPLC测定。三聚氰胺在0.2μg/mL~10.0μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数0.9989,加标水平在0.5mg/kg~10mg/kg范围内,回收率为85%~91%,相对标准偏差4.2%~6.4%,方法的检出限为0.5mg/kg。该方法与固相萃取前处理方法相比,过程简便、快速准确。
A method for the rapid determination of melamine in aquatic products by HPLC was proposed.Sample was extracted by methanol-water and trichloroacetic acid,then the extracts were ready for determination by HPLC after centrifugalized and filtered.The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 0.2 μg/mL-10.0 μg/mL for melamine.The correlation coefficent was 0.998 9.The recoveries were 85 %-91 % and relative standard deviations were 4.2 %-6.4 % in the spiked range of 0.5 mg/kg-10.0 mg/kg in aquatic products.The limit of quantitative was 0.5 mg/kg.The method was simple and rapid in pre-treatment,and the result was reliable.
