软件与网络技术对知识工作生产率作用的差异性分析 被引量:2

摘要 现代信息技术作为知识工作中不可或缺的工具,对知识工作生产率的提高作用已成为学者及企业界的共识。然而,由于信息技术体系构成的多样性,不同的信息技术对于知识工作及其生产率的作用存在着显著的差异。文章分别分析软件系统以及网络对于知识工作生产率作用的差异,通过实证研究指出,软件系统更多地是从程序化、规范化的角度作用于知识工作,并提高知识工作的效率,改善知识工作的质量;而网络则主要是从促进知识共享、增强团队协作、加速知识创新、改善客户关系等方面促进知识工作生产率的提高。文章通过寻求软件系统和网络对知识工作生产率的不同"着力点",为信息技术的有效利用以及知识工作生产率的提高提供借鉴。 As a tool to enhance knowledge work productivity,the indispensable role of modern information technology has become the consensus of scholars and entrepreneurs.However,the diversity of information technology systems,different information technology for knowledge work,and its role in the productivity cause significant differences.Software systems and networks for the role of knowledge-work productivity differences are analyzed.The empirical research indicates that software systems and procedures act on knowledge work mainly in procedures and standards,thus improving the efficiency and the quality;the network mainly promotes knowledge sharing,enhances teamwork,accelerates the knowledge innovation,and improves customer relationships to increase productivity of knowledge work.The author tries to seek the different "focal point" of software systems and networks on the productivity of knowledge work so as to ensure the efficiency of information technology.
