摘要 为向自动测试系统(ATS)提供频率、相位、幅度可程控的三相交流信号,提出了1种基于AD9850的程控三相交流信号源。系统以单片机AT89C52作为主控制器、采用直接数字频率合成(DDS)技术的AD9850作为信号发生器构建其硬件主体,利用键盘及液晶显示屏构建系统的人机交互设备,通过RS485总线与PC进行通信,完成数据载入和远程监控。实验结果表明,该系统工作性能稳定、性价比高、产生的信号精度高、具有很强的实用性。 To provide a frequency,phrase,amplitude programmable three-phrase AC signal for the Automatic Test System(ATS),this paper presented a programmable three-phrase AC source using DDS technology based on AD9850.The system uses AT89C52 as the main controller,Direct Digital Frequency Synthesis(DDS) chip AD9850 as the main signal generator to build the main hardware,adapting the keyboard and LCD as human-computer interaction devices and communicating with PC via the RS485 bus to load data and remote monitoring.Experimental results show that,the system has a stable performance and cost-effectiveness,generating by which the output signal has advantages of high accuracy.So it has a wide range of practicality.
