摘要
用分光光度法测定了丁炔二醇加氢反应液中的微量醛类化合物。消色品红为显色剂,最大吸收波长为550nm ,显色时间为30min,显色剂用量为5ml,摩尔吸收系数ε550 为5.7 ×102L·mol- 1·cm - 1 ,相对标准偏差为4 % ,平均回收率为96.6 % 。
Microamount aldehyde compound in butynediol hydroreaction liquid was determinde by spectrophotometry .The decolor fuchsin is color agent,the maximum absorbance wavelength of the compound is at 550nm,its molar absorplirity ε 550 is 5.7×10 2L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ,the relative standard deviation is 4%and the average recovery is 96.6%.
