摘要
从炼油厂活性污泥中筛选出5株微生物絮凝剂产生菌菌株,依次编号为SHD-1至SHD-5。将任意2株复合培养后,发现SHD-1和SHD-5构建的复合菌对炼化废水的絮凝效果最好。通过单因子实验确定复合菌的最优培养条件:培养时间为48 h,初始pH为7,摇床转速为160 r/min、碳源为葡萄糖、氮源为蛋白胨+(NH4)2SO4(质量比为1∶1)。在最优培养条件下,复合菌所产复合型微生物絮凝剂对炼化废水中浊度、石油类物质和COD的去除率分别达到93.45%、53.42%和20.98%,絮凝效果优于无机絮凝剂,具有广泛的应用前景。
Five bioflocculant-producing strains were screened from the activated sludge of refining and chemical plant;the five strains were named SHD-1 to SHD-5 in due order.After two arbitrary strains were mixed and cultivated,it was found that the compound bioflocculant-producing strains SHD-1 and SHD-5 had the best treatment effect for refinery wastewater.The optimum culture conditions of the selected strains were ascertained through single factor experiments.The results showed that the optimum conditions were culture period 48 hours,initial pH 7,rotation speed 160 r/min,glucose as carbon source,peptone+ammonium sulfate(mass ratio 1∶1) as nitrogen source.Under such optimized conditions,the turbid eliminating rate was up to 93.45%,the removal rate of petroleum and COD can reach to 53.42% and 20.98%,respectively.The bioflocculant was much better than inorganic flocculants.
