摘要
目的 研究大鼠尾壳核血管的构筑学。方法 两只大鼠脑制成甲酯铸型标本,进行扫描电镜观察。结果 营养大鼠尾壳核的动脉多以直角分出,微动脉分支起始部有一长的“鼠尾状”狭窄结构连于主管;微静脉内皮细胞核压迹有聚集倾向,边缘不整,形似弹坑。在微循环水平可见丰富的血管吻合。结论 大鼠尾壳核的动脉多以直角分支分出,血管吻合丰富,并见有较多的“鼠尾状”血管存在。
Objective: To study the angioarchitecture of caudatoputamen from rats. Methods: Methacrylate microvascular endocasts from caudatoputamen of two Sprage-Dowley rats were observed with scanning electronic microscope. Results: Arteries nurturing the caudatoputamen nucleus originate from their parents with right angles. On the endocast, plenty of long-tail like structures were demonstrated at the beginning of arteriolar branches. Endoepithelial impression of venule took ovary shape and appeared as a bomb-pit and tended to assemble on the casts.Also anastomoses between arteriles, venules and arterile to venule were found. Conclusion: Arteries to caudatoputamen bifurcate in right angle. There exist plenty of anastomoses and long-tail arteriolar structures in the caudatoputamen of rats.
