摘要
领导干部密切联系群众在新世纪新阶段面临很多新挑战和新考验。从湛江的调研来看,一些领导干部不愿联系群众、不善联系群众、不能联系群众。为此,针对产生这些问题的主客观因素,必须立足于解决领导干部"愿不愿联系群众"、"会不会联系群众"、"能不能联系群众"、"联系群众行不行"的问题,积极探索新形势下领导干部密切联系群众的长效机制。
The principle of maintaining close ties with the mass is now facing many new challenges and trials in the new century.A field investigation of Zhanjiang reveals that some cadres are not willing to maintain close ties with the mass;some are not good at doing so,or some are not capable of doing so.In light of this phenomenon,we must explore a permanent mechanism for maintaining close ties with the mass by helping cadres to clarify such questions as ＂Are they willing to maintaining close ties with the mass？＂,＂can they maintain close ties with the mass？,＂＂Are they capable of doing so？＂ etc.
