摘要
作为一种群决策,人员面试决策具有其特殊性,即容易存在舞弊现象.为了剔除无效决策,提高人员面试决策的质量,构建了剔除无效决策的灰色群决策模型.首先使用区间灰数效用变换算子对决策数据进行标准化处理,提出了考虑决策者对指标有偏好理解时无效决策的甄别模型;然后对有效决策进行无偏化处理并进行信息集结,再由区间灰数的灰色关联度计算方法对被面试人进行评价;最后通过一个实例表明了该模型的可行性和有效性.
Audition is a kind of group decision-making problem,and its speciality is that there are often frauds.This paper proposes a grey group decision-making model which can discriminate and reject the invalid decision value.The operator of utility transform is applied to standardized transformation of the decision value,and a model is proposed to discriminate the invalid decision value considering the decision maker’s preference information on indexes.Then the paper unbiases the valid decision value,and applies the grey incidence model to evaluation.Finally,an example shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
