盆底康复治疗压力性尿失禁效果观察 被引量：16

摘要 目的观察盆底康复治疗压力性尿失禁的效果。方法用PHENIX神经肌肉刺激治疗仪进行电刺激和生物反馈训练治疗。结果本组71例病人中经盆底康复治疗1个疗程后再次通过盆底肌力测试,平均肌力达到Ⅲ级以上。其中有65例患者尿失禁症状消失,治愈率91.5%。结论盆底康复治疗不失为压力性尿失禁患者选择非手术治疗的首选。
