摘要
目的:探讨大学生社会支持、心理控制源对自我效能的影响。方法:用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和内控性、有势力的他人及机遇量表(IPC)对120名大学生施测。结果:自我效能与内控性(r=0.367,p<0.01)、社会支持总分(r=0.482,p<0.01)、客观支持(r=0.208,p<0.05)、主观支持(r=0.487,p<0.01)显著相关;主观支持、内控性和支持的利用度能较好的预测大学生的自我效能(p<0.01)。结论:不同的社会支持和心理控制源对大学生的自我效能有不同的预测作用。
Objective:To probe into the influence of social support and psychological control sense on self-efficacy of undergraduates.Method:120 college students were tested by GSES,SSRS and IPC.Results:The findings indicated that self-efficacy was significantly related to I(r=0.367,p0.01);Social Support(r=0.482,p0.01);Objective Support(r=0.208,p0.05);Subjective Support(r=0.487,p0.01);I.subjective support and usage of support can significantly predict self-efficacy(p0.01).Conclusion:Social support and psychological control sense could significantly predict self-efficacy.
