摘要
观察Foley尿管介导的经阴道膀胱阴道瘘修补术的临床疗效及优越性。回顾性分析49例在我院妇科接受手术治疗的膀胱阴道瘘患者，观察手术出血量、时间、并发症等临床疗效。手术成功率为98％（48／49），平均手术时间分别为（85±8）min，术后住院时间为（13±2）d，术后漏尿率为2％（1／49），术后膀胱容量分别为（378±53）ml。Foley尿管介导的经阴道膀胱阴道瘘修补术手术成功率高、手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后恢复快，值得在临床推广。
Forty nine patients with vesicovaginal fistula underwent transvagiinal repair by the use of Foley catheter in our hospital. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. The success rate of primary operation was 98% （2/49）, the mean operation time was （85± 8 ）rain, the mean postoperative hospital stay was（13±2） d, the rate of postoperative urine leakage was 2% （1/49）, the mean bladder capacity was （ 378 ±53 ） ml. Transvaginal repair of vesicovaginal fistula by the use of Foley catheter is an effective surgical modality with satisfactory results.
