摘要
采用微波消解—便携式钨丝电热原子吸收光谱仪,在优化条件下测定天麻中镉的含量,结果表明:进样10μL时,检出限为0.2μg/L;对5μg/L镉标准溶液进行5次连续测定的相对标准偏差为4.8%。该法测定结果与电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定的结果对照很接近,可以作为中药材中重金属含量检测的常规方法。
Microwave digestion-portable tungsten coil electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometer was used for the dermination of cadmium in Rhizoma gastrodiae under the optimum conditions.The results showed that with 10 μL sampling,a limit of detection of 0.2 μg/L was obtained.Using 5 μg/L cadmium standard solution for 5 consecutive measurements,relative standard deviation was 4.8%.The analytical results of these samples were closed to those by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).It could be used as a conventional method to determine heavy metals in Chinese herbal medicine.
