摘要
将灰色系统理论中的灰色发展决策理论运用到林业产业结构的研究中,进行了实践性的尝试。并通过对黑龙江省林业产业进行定量分析,计算林业产业中第一、第二产业及第二产业中木材加工及木竹棕苇制品业目标下各项的发展系数,确定各项贡献的大小并进行排序,明确了林业产业中的主导产业和重点建设发展方向,为林业产业的结构优化提供了规划建议和定量研究方法。
The decision-making theory of gray development was applied to the analysis of forestry industry optimization in order to make a practical attempt.A quantitative analysis of the forestry industry of Heilongjiang Province was made to calculate the development coefficients for the primary industry and the secondary industry as well as the wood processing and bamboo and reed product industry of the secondary industry.These industries were sequenced by their contributions to the economy in Heilongjiang Province.Thereby,the leading industry in the forestry industry of Heilongjiang and the key development direction were determined,which would provide planning proposal and quantitative analysis methods for structural optimization of forestry industry.
