摘要
研究了中小型工厂10kV/0.4kV,容量为3150kV.A以内的配电变压器的继电保护方案,并对Dyn11联结的厂用变压器的电流分布状况进行分析。选择ATmega128单片机为控制器核心,构成微机型保护装置的硬件部分,重点介绍两片14位A/D芯片MAX125交流采样电路和频率相位测量电路。最后完成装置的实时交流采样,对所测数据进行分析,符合设计要求。
The relay protection of the distribution transformer within 10kV/0.4kV,capacity 315kV·A are studied.The current distribation of the station transformer by Dyn11 connection is analyzed.Select ATmega 128 one-chip computer as a controller core,forming the hardware part of the microcomputer protector.We made the key points present two pieces 14bit A/D core MAX125AC sampling circuit and frequency phase measuring circuit.Finally,finish the real-time AC sampling of the device,analyze the measured data and meet the requirement of the design.
