摘要
循环经济已经成为社会经济发展的必然趋势。为了适应循环经济的要求,企业就要进行企业组织创新。分析了循环经济下企业创新可能遇到的阻力,通过建立创新阻力评价指标体系,构建模糊评价矩阵,并对循环经济下企业组织创新阻力的解决策略进行了相关研究。
Circular economy has become the inevitable trend of social and economic development. To meet the requirements of circular eeonomy, Enterprise must be innovative. This paper provides an analysis of the cycle economy resistance that enterprise innovation may encounter. Though creating innovation assessment system, we build a fuzzy evaluation matrix and study the resstance countemeasures of organizational innovation in circular economy.
