摘要
在现有车辙试验的基础上研究新的方法对沥青混合料的高温稳定性进行准确评价,对现行高温稳定性评价方法的缺陷进行分析,确定采用动稳定度DS进行判定的误差来源。提出采用全程动稳定度DSWP进行沥青混合料高温稳定性的判定,对AC-13、AC-20、SMA-13、SMA-20、ATB-25等5种级配在不同成型荷载(500,700,900N)及不同控温条件下(1,3,5 h)进行车辙试验并计算现行动稳定度DS和全程动稳定度DSWP,以此检验2种方法的评价准确性。结果表明:全程动稳定度DSWP考虑了试件的总体变形,测试结果与混合料的实际抗车辙能力的一致性强于现行动稳定DS,采用全程动稳定度DSWP可以更加有效的进行沥青混合料高温稳定性的判定。
New method to evaluate the high temperature stability of asphalt mixtures is studied on the basis of existing wheel tracking test.The limitation of current method to evaluate the high temperature stability of asphalt mixtures is analyzed.And then dynamic stability is applied to estimate error source.Whole process dynamic stability(DSWP)is brought forward to evaluate the high temperature stability of asphalt mixtures.Wheel tracking tests of different graduations(AC-13,AC-20,SMA-13,SMA-20 and ATB-25) are done with different compact loads(500 N,700 N and 900 N) under different temperature control time(1 h,3 h and 5 h) and current DS and DSWP are calculated.So the estimation accuracy of DS and DSWP can be inspected.The results show that: overall deformation is taken into account by whole process dynamic stability(DSWP);the consistency of DSWP between test results and the practical ability of anti-wheel tracking is higher than that of DS;high temperature stability of asphalt mixture can be judged more effectively by using whole process dynamic stability(DSWP).
