摘要
随着科技和现代农业的发展,农作物秸秆的综合利用越来越引起人们的关注,并在技术上越来越成熟,但由于各种原因,使得农作物秸秆综合利用技术的推广工作存在诸多困难。围绕加强技术推广应用、实施产业示范工程、严格落实秸秆禁烧责任制等政策措施的建立和落实问题,阐述了农作物秸秆综合利用推广工作的理论和现实意义。
With the development of technology and modern agriculture,the comprehensive utilization of crop straw is attracting more and more attention.However,for various reasons,there are many difficulties in popularizing it.Focus on strengthening the popularization and application,carrying out the industrial demonstration project,strictly implementing the responsibility system of prevention of straw burning,the theoretical and practical significances of the popularization of crop straw are described.
