诱导多能干细胞研究进展

摘要 用外源性表达的转录因子Oct3/4、Sox2、c-Myc和Klf4通过对成体细胞的重新编程来产生诱导多能干细胞(iPS cells)。iPS细胞的出现不仅为成体细胞重编程机制的研究提供了新的方法,而且为某些疾病发生发展的机制研究与特异的细胞治疗,特别是再生医学研究带来希望。
