摘要
由于主客观的原因,高校辅导员容易产生职业倦怠。国内外研究结果表明,提升自我效能感是克服职业倦怠的有效手段。通过明确辅导员角色定位,构建"全员育人"理念;合理规划辅导员职业生涯,明确未来发展出路;落实辅导员津贴制度,提高职业地位;全面提高自身素质,努力向成熟型辅导员转变;强化心理健康素质,培养对自身工作的积极归因;开展体育锻炼,培养业余爱好等措施,提升辅导员自我效能感,解决辅导员的职业倦怠问题。
As the backbone of the college students 'ideological and political education,the college counselors play essential roles that should never be ignored.Due to both objective and subjective factors,the college counselors are more likely to be encountered with the problem of job burnout.To solve this problem contributes to the development of college counselor's career life and the stability of higher education system.It is pointed out,based on the researchers from different countries,personal improvement of self-efficacy is the most efficient way to overcome job burnout.This paper proposes the following six solutions to job burnout to strengthen the college counselors' perceived self-efficacy from both the college and the individual counselor these two aspects.The measures could be probably taken from individual and college administration aspects.In the first place,the positioning of these counselors should be identified to develop the concept of 'a full participation in educating students'.Secondly,it is a must for the college counselors to have a rational plan of their career to determine the direction of their future development.Thirdly,the implementation of the college counselor allowance system is of great importance to increase their income.In addition,it is essential for them to grow into mature college counselors by improving their quality in an all-round way.Fifth,the college counselors should intensify their psychological quality and cultivate their positive attribution of their work.At last,the cultivation of a hobby,new forms of interest and physical excises are good methods.The measures above offer an operational perspective of solving the problem of college counselor's job burnout.
