摘要
[目的]进一步了解弱光对黄瓜生长的影响。[方法]以栽培面积较大的密刺型黄瓜品种碧玉、中农21号、津优3号和北京103为试材,用市售遮阳网创造不同的光照条件,遮光率分别为25%和50%,在日光温室中进行遮光处理试验,研究不同遮光条件对不同黄瓜品种的植株形态和光合特性的影响。[结果]遮光处理可使黄瓜出现徒长,降低干物质和产量,其中,减产幅度最大的为北京103,遮光50%处理比全光照对照的单株产量减少66.7%,减产幅度最小的为津优3号,产量减少25.6%。遮光处理使黄瓜的叶绿素a含量明显降低,对叶绿素b含量和叶绿素a/b没有明显影响,但使叶绿素a+b含量明显降低,其中,津优3号的叶绿素a和叶绿素a+b含量降低幅度最小,抗弱光能力较强。[结论]津优3号是适合北方地区温室生产的优良的抗弱光品种。
[Objective] The purpose was to understand the effects of weak light on the growth of cucumber.[Method] With the spine type cucumber varieties,Biyu,Zhongnong 21,Jinyou 3 and Beijing 103 which were planted in greater area,as the tested materials,the sunshade nets sold in the market were used to make the different light intensity conditions with the shading rate of 25% and 50%.The shading treating tests were conducted in the greenhouse to study the effects of the different light intensity conditions on the plant morphological and photosynthetic characteristics of different cucumber varieties.[Result] The shading treatment could make the cucumber appear the overgrowth and reduce the dry matter and yield,among them,Beijing 103 was in the largest in the range of the yield reduction and its yield per plant in the 50% shading treatment was 66.7% lower than that in the CK of full light intensity;Jinyou 3 was in the smallest in the range of the yield reduction and its yield was reduced by 25.6%.Shading treatment could make the significant reduction on the content of chlorophyll a in the cucumber and had no significant effect on the content of chlorophyll b and a/b,but it made the significant reduction on the content of chlorophyll a+b,in which,Jinyou 3 was the smallest in the range of decreasing the content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll a+b and showed the stronger ability on weak-light resistance.[Conclusion] Jinyou 3 is an excellent variety resistant to the weak light,which is suitable for the greenhouse production in the northern region.
