摘要
从误差理论与数据处理课程的教学和科研的需要出发,提出了以圆度误差测量为研究对象,结合虚拟仪器技术,开发了一套用多种方法来对圆度误差测量的实验系统。本实验系统采用多种方法对回转类工件进行圆度误差测量,将得到的数据与泰勒圆度仪测得的圆度误差进行比对,验证了此实验系统的可行性。本实验系统可以明显提高教学成果和科研效率,有利于增强学生的实践能力。
According to the need of "Error Theory and Data Processing" course teaching and researching,the paper develops an experimental system which measures the roundness error with a variety of methods,combined with the virtual instrument technology.Measurement results of the roundness error measured by the system are compared with the results of Taylor roundness instrument,which verifies the feasibility of this experimental system.The system can meet the design requirements,significantly improve the teaching and research efficiency,and enhance the practical abilities of students.
