摘要
近年来,中科院金属腐蚀与防护所针对我国油气生产中遇到的 C O2 、 H2 S、高矿化度污水或溶解氧的腐蚀问题,结合不同油田的工况、腐蚀发生的特点和原因,开展了 I M C 系列缓蚀剂的研究、开发工作,对其缓蚀作用机理进行了研究,初步形成了具有特色的系列缓蚀剂技术或产品,并在我国多个油田得到了应用,本文是对这些工作的概括总结。
In the last years the Inst of Corrosion and Protection of metals has joined in investigating and resolving the corrosion problems encountered in oil/gas production of many Chinese oil fields. This paper generally introduces six cases of corrosion caused by various factors, presents the functioning mechanisms and uses at some oil fields of three classes of IMC inhibitors:① alkynoxymethyl amines and quaternary ammonium salts (IMC 80 ZS, IMC 80 N) against corrosion by highly mineralized acidic brines and H 2S; ② imidazolines and imidazoliniums (IMC 871) against CO 2 corrosion; ③ phosphates of polyols (IMC 30 G, IMC 932) against corrosion by HCO - 3+Cl -+minute O 2 in injection waters.
