胜利石油管理局埕岛浅海油田使用的海水钻井液体系与淡水水泥浆相容性差,导致顶替效率低, 影响了固井质量,为此研制了抗盐高效SMS前置液。室内实验表明,SMS前置液体系与海水钻井液、水泥浆有良好的相容性, 能提高顶替效率与泥饼冲刷效果,
The compatibility of the sea water drilling fluid with the fresh water slurry used by the offshore Chengdao Oilfield in Shengli Petroleum Administration is not good, which results in low displacement efficiency and low cementing quality. So the SMS high efficiency salt-resisting pad fluid is developed. Laboratory experiments show that the compatibility of the SMS pad fluid system with the sea water drilling fluid and slurry is good, and the displacement efficiency and mud cake washout is improved. Good effects are also got in the field applications in three wells in Chengdao Offshore Oilfield.
