摘要
目的:分析门急诊处方不合理用药情况,并提出对策。方法:随机抽取2009年1—12月门急诊处方38 516张,按《处方管理办法》、《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》和医院管理要求,统计、分析抗菌药物应用中存在的不合理现象。结果:使用抗菌药物处方13 573张,不合理使用抗菌药物处方419张,占所审核处方的1.09%;不合理用药主要体现在用药方法不当、重复给药、剂量不合理、溶剂选择使用不当、药理作用拮抗和配伍不当等方面。结论:门急诊不合理使用抗菌药物现象不容忽视,应针对存在的问题制定对策,如加强合理用药宣传,进行临床医生、药师培训、增进药师与医师交流等。
OBJECTIVE：To analyze the irrational drug use in the outpatient emergency prescriptions and put forward the countermeasures.METHODS：We randomly selected a total of 38 516 outpatient emergency prescriptions from January to December in 2009 for a statistical analysis on the irrational phenomena in the use of antibacterials in accordance with the ＂Prescription Management Measures＂,＂Guiding Principle of Clinical Use of Antibiotics＂and the standard of hospital administration.RESULTS：Of the total 13 573 antibiotic prescriptions,irrational use of antibiotics was noted in 419,accounting for 1.09%.The irrational use was reflected in irrational method of drug use,repeated drug use,irrational dosage,improper choice of solvents,pharmacological antagonism and improper drug combination etc.CONCLUSION：The irrational use of antibiotics in outpatient emergent department can＇t be ignored.The countermeasures aimed at the problems such as to strengthen the propaganda on the irrational drug use,conduct training on physicians and pharmacists,and enhance communication between pharmacists and physicians etc should be established.
