摘要
本文探讨了在图书馆立法过程中应注意的与国外图书馆事业，与我国港、澳、台地区图书馆的特殊法律形式，并且与国内其它法律规范关系等方面协调的问题，以期制定一部完整、系统并与国际接轨的图书馆法。
? In this article, the author discusses that should be paid attention to the library legislation from following aspects: coordinating with international librarianship, embodying the special form of Hongkong's library law, harmonizing the relations with other laws of our country.
