摘要
从分析冬季体育文化力的内涵入手,阐述了冬季体育文化力的基础性功能、协调性功能、约束性功能和推动性功能等多元功能,指出冬季体育文化力功能发挥的重要作用体现在导向力作用、凝聚力作用、影响力作用和创造力作用等方面,提出从高度重视冬季体育文化力的开发、传承冬季体育文化的优良传统、树立以人为本的现代体育发展观、培育冬季体育文化的生长力和激活冬季体育文化持续的创新力等途径建设我国冬季体育文化力,旨在引起人们对冬季体育文化力的重视与理解,推动冬季体育文化研究,繁荣冬季体育文化的内容,为我国冬季体育事业的可持续发展贡献力量。
Starting from analyzing the culture strength of winter sports,by discussing the multi functions of foundation,coordination function,restriction and propulsion,the paper indicates the important effect of winter sports culture strength reflects in aspects of guidance,cohesion,influence and innovation.For developing the culture strength of Chinese winter sports,it suggests some approaches to think highly of the development of winter sports culture strength,to inherit the fine tradition of winter sports culture,to buildup a modern idea of sports development with human ultimacy,to cultivate the growing power of winter sports culture and activate a durable creative power in winter sports culture.The purpose is to arouse the public well cognition on the winter sports culture strength,to advance the research on the winter sports culture,to enrich the content of winter sports culture,to give a contribution for Chinese winter sports sustainable development.
