摘要 文中介绍了研制的一种圆锥滚子轴承装配高在线自动检测系统,该系统由机械装置和控制系统等组成。机械装置依据装配高测量原理,自动完成被测工件的粗定位和精定位;控制系统由PLC完成工作过程控制,由工控机实现装配高检测和数据处理,工控机软件是基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件开发系统完成。实验结果表明,该系统测量精度为文中,测量效率为16 s/套。该装配高测量系统精度高、测量速度快、实现了无人在线检测,满足圆锥滚子轴承自动装配线中装配高自动检测的要求。 An online automatic measurement system for the widths of tapered roller bearings was presented,which consisted of mechanism and control system.According to the measuring principle,the mechanism can automatically implement measurement procedure including preliminary positioning and precision positioning of the measured bearings.The structures of hardware system and software system were described respectively.Movement procedure control was accomplished by a PLC,while bearing width measurement and data processing were done by Industrial Personal Computer(IPC).Based on virtual instrument technique,the software was programmed based on LabVIEW.Experimental results show that the measuring accuracy of the system is ±3.1 μm,and its efficiency is 16 s/set.The developed system,with higher accuracy and speediness and also without operator,can satisfy the requirement of bearing width automatic measurement in the automatic assembly-line for the tapered roller bearing.
