摘要
改革开放以来,随着市场经济的发展,我国出现了市场失灵的现象。真正做到有效地弥补市场失灵,还要靠政府通过发挥经济职能来做到。针对市场失灵表现的五个方面:垄断性失灵,外部效应,公共产品的提供,失业、通货膨胀和经济失衡以及收入分配问题,政府应该提高效率,有效治理失业、通胀和经济失衡,增进公平的职能调节收入分配,主要是运用收入再分配来弥补市场失灵。
Since reform and opening,with the development of market economy in China,the phenomenon of market failure occurs;to truly and effectively remedy the market failure only depends on the development of government economic functions.Aimed at the five aspects of market failure,that are monopoly malfunction,external effects,offer of the public products,unemployment,inflation and economic imbalances,and income distribution problems.The government should improve efficiency,effectively govern the unemployment,inflation and economic imbalances,and promote fair function to adjust the income distribution,mainly use income redistribution to remedy the market failure.
