摘要
研究了在YG8A的电火花加工中脉冲宽度、峰值电流等电参数对加工速度、电极损耗、加工表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明,脉冲宽度和峰值电流必须在一个合适的范围内才能得到较好的加工效果。
The influence of electric parameters like pulse width and peak current in EDM for cemented carbide YG8A on the processing speed,electrode loss and machined surface roughness was investigated.The results show that better effect is obtained only by choosing suitable pulse width and peak current.
