摘要
运用问卷调查的方法对227名普通高校学生干部进行高校学生干部内隐领导特质的调查研究。结果表明:(1)性别变量在个人品德、目标有效性和人际能力维度上存在显著性差异;(2)年级变量在目标有效性和多面性维度上都存在不同程度的显著性差异;(3)家庭所在地变量在目标有效性和多面性维度上存在显著性差异;(4)学科性质变量在4个维度上均存在不同程度的显著性差异;(5)职务变量在目标有效性、人际能力、多面性维度上存在显著性差异。
This study investigated 227 college students on student cadres implicit leadership characteristics using the method of questionnaire.The result showes that:(1) there is a significant difference in gender variable when personal morality,goal effectiveness and interpersonal competence dimension are discussed;(2) grade variable affects goal effectiveness and versatility dimensions significantly;(3) there is a significant difference in the areas of families located in when goal effectiveness and versatility dimensions are discussed;(4) disciplinary nature variable shows significant differences in the four dimensions;(5) position shows significant differences in personal morality,goal effectiveness,interpersonal competence and versatility dimensions.
