摘要
影响机械钻速因素比较多而且复杂,钻井液因素只是其中之一。实践证明,钻井液的密度、固相含量、失水量及滤液性质、粘附性、润滑性和亚微米颗粒含量明显影响机械钻速。通过添加钻井液提速剂来增强钻井液某些功能以提高机械钻速是简单有效的措施之一,提速剂主要通过快速吸附作用以增强钻井液的防粘附聚结能力、钻井液滤液渗透能力、润滑能力以及降低钻井液体系亚微米颗粒含量来提高钻速。在分析提速剂作用机理基础上,研制出新型提速剂TSJ,并与其他同类产品进行性能对比,结果表明,提速剂TSJ具有优异的防粘附聚结能力,对钻井液流变性和失水量影响较小,能提高钻井液的润滑能力,滤液界面张力低;但对钻井液体系亚微米颗粒含量和分布无明显影响。
Influencial factors of rate of penetration(ROP) of a drill bit were complex,of which drilling fluid was one of them.The drilling fluid properties affected ROP included density,solids content,fluid loss characteristics,stickiness,submicron particle content and friction between the bit and the rock.Practice proves that additing an accelerator could enhance ROP,which was one of the effective measures.The accelerator was used to enhance the stickness,the penetrating ability and lubrication of drilling fluid filtrate by rapid adsorption and improve drilling velocity by reducing submicron particle content.Based on analyzing its mechanism,a new drilling accelerator TSJ was developed and compared with similar products.Test results show that TSJ has good ability of anti-adhesion,and has less influence on rheology and fluid loss and improves the lubrication of drilling fluids and decreases interfacial tension of filtrate,however,TSJ has no obvious influence on submicron particle content of drilling fluids.
