摘要
目的:对青少年起居及生活感受、家庭环境进行调查,为学校卫生工作及素质教育的开展提供依据。方法:问卷法对分层随机抽取的3595名13~19岁青少年作生活感受、起居行为调查。结果:青少年中对生活感到疲乏难以承受的占48.6%,学习≥11h/d达408%,睡眠≤6h/d占13.5%,运动≥20min/d仅42.6%,不吃早餐≥2次/w达74.9%。青少年中不良生活感受随年级和日学习时间的延长及睡眠、运动时间的减少而增加,尤以面临毕业的初三及高三学生为甚。非重点中学青少年除早餐习惯稍差外,起居优于重点中学,但有不良生活感受者达51.3%,显著高于重点中学的45.7%(P≤001)。结论:学业负担过重是导致青少年不良起居和生活感受的主要原因。
Objective: To provide the basis for the enforcemnt of school health and performance educaion. Methods: Daily life behaviors and experiences were investigated using a questionnaire among 3 595 adolescents between 13 and 19 years old. Rerults:Among the surveyed subjects, 48. 6 % felt that life was hard to for, 40. 8% pot 11 hours or mere per day in studying, 13. 5% slept only 6 bours or less per day, 42. 6 % sPent 20 minutes or les each day in physical training, 74. 9% did not take breakfas two times or more in a week. Their feelings of dionfort for deeper as they gone up, together with longer study time, shorter sleeping and sporting time, those feelings were strongest in junior and senior graduates. Though students in the ordinary middle schools were superiorto students in the key middle schools in daily life except for the habit of breakfast, 51. 3 % had unhealthy daily experience. Conclusions:Overloading in study is the leading reason for unhealthy daily life and uncomfortable life experience.
