摘要
四川盆地南部的古生界页岩发育,储集了丰富的天然气资源。由于页岩气藏渗透率极低,通常都需要水力压裂改造才能获得经济的开采。为此,针对区块内某一口页岩气井志留系龙马溪组和寒武系筇竹寺组储层特征和技术改造难点,分别从工艺优化、设备配套、供液配套、高低压连接到质量控制等方面进行了详细的分析,将整体配套技术应用于现场作业并取得了成功,证实了采用大型水力压裂作业技术对页岩气藏实施增产改造是可行的,为下一步页岩气藏的规模化、效益化开发提供了技术支撑。
Natural gas resources are found abundant in the Palaeozoic shales of the southern Sichuan Basin.However,due to their extremely low permeability,cost-effective commercial production of shale gas reservoirs there will be achieved usually by hydraulic fracturing stimulation.Therefore,through a case study of the first shale gas well in this block,a deep investigation was made into the characteristics of the reservoirs and the technical difficulties in the stimulation of shale gas reservoirs in the Silurian Longmaxi and Cambrian Qiongzhusi formations from the aspects of the optimization of technology,equipment coordination,feed flow complement,high/low pressure joint,and quality control.Then the integrated matching technologies were applied in field operations with success.The results show that large scale hydraulic fracturing is feasible for enhancing the recovery of shale gas reservoirs.Furthermore,this provides technical support for cost-effective development and commercial production of shale gas reservoirs.
