摘要
目的评价南昌市医疗放射作业人员的职业健康状况。方法按照《放射工作人员职业健康管理办法》规定中的体检项目,对南昌市49个医疗机构在岗的医疗放射作业人员214人进行职业健康检查。建立个人健康档案并录入信息库。采用SPSS 12.0软件进行统计分析。结果 214例医疗放射作业人员异常检出121人,异常检出率为56.54%。异常检出项:眼科36.45%(晶状体混浊为12.15%),腹部B超(肝、胆、脾)33.64%,血压14.49%,心电图12.61%,外周血象11.68%,肝功能6.54%,肾功能4.67%、外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率均≤2%;异常检出率随年龄和工龄增长而增加,男女之间、医疗机构级别之间无统计学差异。结论在进行体检的医疗放射作业人员中未发现与放射损伤相关的疑似病例,处于亚健康状况人员占半数以上,年龄前移,并随年龄和工龄增长而增加,建议在做好放射防护的同时,从生活习惯、饮食、运动等方面提高身体素质。外周血象异常25人不符合国家放射人员健康标准,需暂时脱离放射工作,复查后方可评定是否适宜放射岗位。
[Objective]To evaluate the occupational health condition of medical workers in Nanchang City.[Methods]Health examination was performed on 214 medical radiation workers from 49 medical institutions in Nanchang City,according to the＂ Radiation Workers＇ Health Management Approach＂.The personal health records were established and were put into the information base.SPSS 12.0 software was applied for statistical analysis.[Results]Of 214 medical radiation workers,121 were detected abnormality.The abnormal detection rate was 56.54%.Abnormalities were detected in：Ophthalmic 36.45%（lens opacity was 12.15%）：abdominal B-（liver,gallbladder,spleen） 33.64%;blood pressure 14.49%;ECG 12.61%;peripheral blood 11.68%;liver function 6.54%;renal function 4.67%;peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome aberration rate ≤%;and the micronucleus rate is among 0～5%.Within the reference range,abnormal detection rate increased with the age and length of working time.There is no significant difference between men and women,or between different levels of medical institutions.[Conclusion]No medical radiation workers attending this health examination were detected having radiation injuries or related suspected diseases.More than half of them are in sub-health status,which grows with the age and length of service.It＇s recommended that more attention should be paid to the living habits,diet,and exercise to improve workers＇ physical fitness while doing the radiological protection well.The 25 persons that are abnormal in peripheral blood can＇t meet the national radiation workers＇ health condition standards.They should be temporarily out of radiation work for further health examinations to make sure if they are suitable for radiation jobs.
