摘要
论文以大连獐子岛渔业集团股份有限公司为研究对象,结合国内大连獐子岛渔业、中水远洋、国联水产等10家渔业上市企业2009年度财务数据,建立财务指标体系,运用主成分分析法对渔业企业的主要竞争力进行评价和对比分析,确立獐子岛渔业的竞争优势,提出了注重创新、创建品牌效应、追加投资、实施人才战略等提高渔业企业核心竞争力的建议,以促进渔业企业的可持续发展。
This paper takes Zhangzidao Fishery Group as an example, setting up financial index system with 2009 financial data of 10 listed companies, such as Zhangzidao Fishery Group, CNFC Overseas Fishery CO.,LTD., Guo Lian Aquatic Products CO., LTD.etc. The paper evaluates and analyzes the core competitiveness of the fishery enterprises by using principal component analysis to establish the competitive advantage of Zhangzidao Fishery Group. Several proposals that can improve core competitiveness of fishery enterprises were put forward, such as focusing on innovation, creating brand effect, increasing investment and carrying out talent strategies etc, to promote sustainable and healthy development.
