摘要
采用电液束加工方法,在自行研制的加工装置上,采用硝酸钠中性盐溶液为电解液,利用毛细管电极在不锈钢片上进行了一系列微小孔加工试验。通过试验研究了初始间隙、加工电压、电解液压力、进给速度对加工质量的影响。结果表明,采用硝酸钠中性盐溶液进行电液束加工试验过程基本稳定,无火花放电和短路现象发生;选用小的电压和初始间隙及较大的进给速度,均可减小加工孔的直径,提高加工精度;电解液压力对加工质量的影响不是很明显。
The micro-hole was machined by using the Electrostream Drilling(ESD) with sodium nitrate aqueous solution.The effect of process parameters such as applied voltage,inlet electrolyte pressure,feed rate and initial electrode gap on the productivity and the quality of the micro-hole were investigated.It was verified that the process of ESD is stable by using sodium nitrate solution, high accuracy micro-hole could be machined successfully with low applied voltage,small intial electrode gap and large feed rate.However,the effect of the inlet electrolyte pressure was not significant.
