丁二酸酐修饰啤酒废酵母菌吸附阳离子染料的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以戊二醛为交联剂,用丁二酸酐修饰啤酒废酵母菌表面制成新的生物吸附剂(简称修饰酵母菌)。研究发现,修饰酵母菌吸附阳离子染料的性能明显优于未修饰酵母菌。实验结果表明,在室温、溶液的pH=4.0~8.0、吸附时间1h的条件下,修饰酵母菌能有效吸附亚甲基蓝和中性红。吸附模式以Langmuir单分子层化学吸附为主。修饰酵母菌对亚甲基蓝和中性红的吸附容量分别为1 264.0mg·g-1、806.5mg·g-1,而未修饰菌分别为47.7mg·g-1和28.8mg·g-1,前者分别是后者的26.5倍和28.0倍。将吸附剂与光催化剂二氧化钛结合使用,能解决光催化剂的回收和洗脱液的二次污染问题。 With glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent,a new biosorbent from waste beer yeast was prepared by using succinic anhydride as modifying regent.The adsorption performance of the modified biomass for the cationic dyes was significantly better than that of the unmodified yeast.The effect of contact time,pH,temperature and initial concentration of dyes on the adsorption of metheneyl blue(MB) and neutral red(NR) was investigated.Adsorption isotherms were well fitted by the Langmuir model.Under optimal conditions,such as,in the pH range of 4.0~8.0,contact time for 1h and at room temperature,the maximum adsorption capacities of modified and unmodified yeast were found to be 1 264.0 and 47.7 mg·g-1 for MB,806.5 and 28.8 mg·g-1 for NR,respectively.The capacity of the modified biomass was 26.5 times of the unmodified one for MB and 28.0 times for NR,respectively.When the adsorption process was associated with photocatast titanium dioxide as elution reagent,the photocatalyst could be reclained and the secondary pollution of elution solution could be avoided.
