超临界CO_2萃取茶叶籽油及其成分分析 被引量:18

摘要 采用超临界CO2流体萃取技术从茶叶籽中萃取茶叶籽油,并利用GC/MS技术、紫外分光光度法及高效液相色谱法对其成分进行测定。结果表明,在萃取温度35℃,萃取压力30 MPa,分离温度55℃,分离压力8 MPa下萃取2 h,茶叶籽油的得率为15.4%;GC/MS分析共分离出24种化学成分,主要为油酸(59.52%)、亚油酸(17.84%)、棕榈酸以及硬脂酸等。紫外分光光度法测定结果显示该茶叶籽油中茶多酚含量为0.54%、总甾醇含量1.88%,高效液相色谱测定其中β-谷甾醇和豆甾醇分别为0.112%,0.954%。 Teaseed oil was extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction method,its chemical ingredients were analyzed by GC/MS and their relative composition such as tea polyphenol and sterol were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and ultra performance liquid chromatography.The yield of teaseed oil was 15.4% under the conditions of the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction process were: The extracting temperature was 35 ℃,the pressure was 30 MPa,the separating temperature was 55 ℃,the separating pressure was 8 MPa,the extraction time was 2 h,respectively.Based on the GC/MS analysis,24 constituents were identified,most of which are oleinic acid,linoleic acid,palmitic acid and stearic acid.The content of tea polyphenol and total sterol were 0.54%,1.88%,β-sitosterol and beans sterol respectively were 0.112%,0.954%.
