摘要
以1-4 kg规格范围的新鲜白鲢为试材,研究一种新型除鱼鳞机的除鳞效果。以除净率和损伤率作为除鳞效果的评价指标,对影响除鳞效果的除鳞辊转速、输送带速度及仿形弹簧刚度三因素进行正交试验。结果表明,输送带速度为0.16-0.22 m/s,除鳞辊转速为960-1 020 r/min,弹簧刚度为160-200 N/mm时,除鳞效果较好。
With 1~4 kg specifications range of fresh BaiLian as test materials to study a new scales machine except descaling effect.Take cleanse rate and the damage rate as descaling effect evaluation indexes,and orthogonally test three factors(the descaling roll speed,conveyer belt speed and imitation shape spring stiffness)that have an influence on descaling effect,analysis the variance,so we draw the conclusion that descaling effect is good when the speed of conveyer belt ranges from 0.16 to 0.22 meter per second,the speed of descaling roller ranges from 960 to 1 020 ring per minute,and spring stiffness is in 160~200 Newton per millimeter.
