摘要
为评价湘江株洲段水环境中污染物对人体健康产生的危害风险,本研究以2008年的湘江株洲段水质监测资料为基础,运用美国的健康风险评价模型,对湘江株洲段水环境进行健康风险评价。监测结果表明:湘江株洲段水质总体良好,各项指标均未超出地表水环境质量标准(GB3838-2002)中III类标准。由健康风险评价结果可知,湘江株洲段化学致癌物质由饮水途径所致健康危害的个人年风险按大小排列为As>Cr6+>Cd;非致癌物质由饮水途径所致健康危害的个人年风险按大小排列为Pb>NH3-N>Cu>Hg>CN>挥发酚;化学致癌物质对人体健康危害的个人年风险远超过非致癌物质;湘江株洲段各监测断面均存在较严重的健康风险,尤其是与衡阳交界的朱亭断面。
Based on the local water quality monitoring data in 2008,water environmental health risks was employed to quantitatively describe the potential hazard in the water environment on public health in Xiangjiang in Zhuzhou city.The results showed that the concentrations of 12 monitoring stems in water from four monitoring sections were not exceed the national standard for surface water(GB3838-2002,Grade III),indicating that the water quality of Xiangjiang in Zhuzhou city was good.The health risks assessment of Xiangjiang in Zhuzhou city to the individual person per year indicated that the health risk in terms of carcinogens followed:AsCr6+Cd,while in terms of non-carcinogens followed:Pb NH3-N CuHgCN-hydroxybenzenes.It can be seen that the health risk for the individual person caused by chemical carcinogens was far greater than non-carcinogens.The health risks of all the monitoring sections of Xiangjiang in Zhuzhou City were higher than the standard value recommended by International Commission on Radiological Protection(ICRP),especially Zhu Ting monitoring section.
