摘要
采用双辊加工在ABS树脂中添加白云母粉填料得到ABS/云母共混物,以期提高ABS树脂的耐热性和其他力学性能。用TG和DTA对共混物的热行为进行了表征,结果表明:添加云母后,热分解温度有了一定的提高,最高可提高11.8℃,残炭量有了显著提高,残炭量最高可以达到13.5%;随着云母添加量的增加,冲击强度、拉伸强度都逐步下降,而熔体指数呈先增大后减小的趋势。采用扫描电镜分析了共混物的物理形貌,云母在ABS树脂中主要以鳞片状存在,进而形成了插层结构。
Mica/ABS composite were prepared in order to improve the thermal performance and mechanical properties of ABS. TG, DTA were used to analyze the thermal behavior of the samples. Tensile strength and impact strength tests were used to characterize the mechanical properties. The results showed that the thermal performance of ABS/Miea was better than that of pure ABS,despite the fact that the mechanical performance decreased with the presence of Mica. The maximum of thermal decomposition temperature increased 11.8℃. The carbon char can he up 13.5 %. With mica content increasing, the impact strength and tensile strength had gradually declined, while the melt index increased at first and then decreased. Scanning electron microscopy analysis of the physical morphology of the blends showed that mica mainly flaked in the ABS, and formed a intercalated structure.
