摘要
[目的]观察补元胶囊治疗桥本甲状腺炎脾肾阳虚证的临床疗效。[方法]选取符合标准的桥本甲状腺炎功能减退症患者40例,随机分为优甲乐加补元胶囊组(补元胶囊组)和优甲乐对照组(对照组),每组各20例。均以4周为1个疗程,共观察2个疗程。主要观察内容为治疗前后症状和体征、异常改变的甲状腺激素水平及甲状腺相关免疫学指标和细胞因子等变化情况。[结果]治疗后两组中医症状、甲状腺激素水平、TGAB、TMAB、TG明显改善,较治疗前改善有统计学差异,组间比较补元胶囊组在症状改善程度优于对照组,其中体倦乏力、腰膝酸软、面色萎黄、神疲懒言、食少纳呆、排便无力等临床症状改善程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲状腺激素水平疗效优于对照组,其中TSH改善程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);补元胶囊组治疗后抗体下降显著优于对照组(P<0.01);组间比较两组治疗后TG差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),TC差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]补元胶囊可以改善桥本甲状腺炎脾肾阳虚证的临床症状、异常激素水平,调整桥本甲状腺炎患者免疫、代谢、内分泌紊乱的病理状态,疗效可靠,作用安全,具有较好的应用前景。
[Objective] To observe the meeting per capsule of spleen deficiency syndrome hashimoto＇s thyroiditis and clinical efficacy.[Methods]Standard hypothyroidism Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis 40 patients were randomly divided into excellent complement per capsule plus L-thyroxin pill group（s per capsule） and the L-thyroxin pill group A（control group）,20 patients in each group.Are 4 weeks as a course of treatment,two courses were observed.Observed before and after treatment the main content of the signs and symptoms,abnormal levels of thyroid hormones and thyroid-related immunological parameters and cytokine and other changes.[Results]Clinical symptoms after treatment,group 2,thyroid hormone levels,TGAB,TMAB,TG improved significantly improved compared with before treatment were significantly different between the two groups make up per capsule compared improvement in symptoms than the control group,in which the body tired,fatigue,back knees and knees,pale complexion,Shenpi lazy words,eat less poor appetite,bowel movements and weak degree of clinical improvement was significantly（P0.05）;effect of thyroid hormone levels than the control group,in which TSH levels improved statistical difference significance（P0.05）;complement antibody per capsule was significantly decreased after treatment than the control group（P0.01）;group after treatment between the 2 groups was statistically significant difference in TG（P0.05）,TC was no significant difference statistically significant（P 0.05）.[Conclusion]The supplement can improve the per capsule of spleen deficiency syndrome Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis and the clinical symptoms,abnormal hormone levels,adjust the immunity of patients with Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis,metabolic,endocrine disorders,the pathological state,effective and reliable,the role of security,good application.
