摘要
为了促进洋葱的开发利用,介绍了洋葱所含的化学成分和功效成分主要有含硫化合物、前列腺素A、洋葱类黄酮、硒、洋葱油树脂、苯丙素酚类和甾体皂苷类等,同时综述了其具有抑菌、降血脂、降血糖、抗血栓、抗肿瘤和抗氧化等保健功效,认为洋葱是一种具有较高的食用和药用的植物资源。
In order to have a full development of onion,its chemical composition and functional ingredient are introduced,which includes sulfur compounds,prostaglandin A,onion flavonoids,selenium,onion oleoresin,phenylpropanoid glycoside,and steroidal saponins etc..The health-care functions of onion are also discussed,such as antibacterial effect,blood lipid reducing,hypoglycemic effect,antithrombotic effect,antitumor effect,and antioxidant effect etc..It finally points out that onion enjoys high edible and medical values.
