摘要
现行外墙外保温系统抗风压检测方法检测周期长,费用高,检测结果不能真正代表施工现场的真实情况。阐述了一种方便快捷的试验方法,模拟负风压的作用方式,通过能使拉力均布的拉拔装置来检测外保温系统的抗风压性能。不但大大提高了检测效率,而且能真实反映外保温系统的施工质量。
There exists some problems in current wind pressure testing to detect external thermal insulation system, including long cycle and high cost. Even worse,test results cannot be truly representative of the real situation of the construction site. This paper, by simulating the function mode of the negative wind pressure, describes a convenient and fast test method to detect wind pressure of external thermal insulation system by the tensile device, which can make strength uniform. Not only greatly improving the detection efficiency, this method also can be truly representative of the real construction quality of external thermal insulation system.
