摘要
古籍保护工作是一项长期的历史任务,人才是保证古籍保护计划顺利实施的关键。针对古籍专业人才尤其是鉴定修复人才匮乏的现状,指出应多渠道、多层次培养人才,并提出实施古籍保护计划对于培养古籍专业人才的要求。
The protection of ancient books is a long-term historic task,and the talent Is the key to guarantee the smooth implementation of the ancient books protection plan.In the light of the current shortage of the ancient books specialists especially the appraisal repairing talents,this paper points out that the talents cultivation should be carried out through multiple channels and at multiple levels,and puts forward some requirements for cultivating the ancient books specialists in implementation of the ancient books protection plan.
