摘要
广东省事业单位改革后,图书馆人力资源管理模式将发生很大的变化。在县级图书馆的现代化管理中,强化人力资源管理理念,做好人力资源管理工作,提高人力资源管理水平,是山区县级图书馆事业实现可持续发展的关键所在。
After the reform of public institutions in Guangdong Province,the libraries' human resource management mode will change a lot.Strengthening the concept of human resource management,doing well the work of human resource management,and improving the level of human resource management in the modern management of county-level libraries are the keys for realizing the sustainable development of county-level libraries in the mountain areas.
