摘要
针对宽输入电压范围应用场合下的全电压范围内效率优化问题,提出变拓扑变流器的思想方法及其基本概念和主要性质,该变拓扑变流器不但兼顾了各种应用环境下变流器的综合性能,而且有效减小了变流器元器件总数、降低了成本并节省设计流程,从而达到电源模块标准化的既定要求.通过对拓扑对偶和同构性质的研究,提出变拓扑变流器的子电路寻求方式,并研究了最简切换实现电路的数学模型和切换策略.以2个应用在宽输入电压范围场合的变拓扑变流器样机为例,说明了变拓扑变流器概念和理论的正确性和有效性,验证了变拓扑变流器在宽输入电压范围下的性能提升以及在器件、控制策略兼容等方面所拥有的诸多实际益处.
Variable Topology converter(VTC),together with its basic concept and main properties,were presented to optimize converter's efficiency under wide input range applications.The proposed VTC can not only pursue the optimized converter's performance over all kinds of applications,but also significantly decrease the total component number count,lower cost and simplify the design process.Sub-topology exploration was studied through topologies' characteristics of duality and isomorphism.The mathematical model of sub-topology shift and the control strategy were also discussed.Then two prototypes,which adopt the concept of VTC and suitable for wide input voltage range application,verify the validity and applicability of the concept of VTC,and as well show the applied improvements in the converter's performance and the compatibility of circuit components and control strategies.
