单侧上颌骨切除术后中空赝复体修复方法探讨 被引量:1

摘要 颌面部缺损的修复包括颌骨缺损的修复和面部缺损的修复,其中上颌骨缺损患者占整个颌面部缺损患者的58.8%[1]。上颌骨缺损可造成严重的咀嚼、语言、吞咽等功能障碍和面部畸形,从心理生理上极大地影响患者的健康;但目前上颌骨的外科重建尚不成熟,上颌骨缺损的修复仍以赝复体为主。作者对上颌骨缺损赝复体临床和制作过程的方法进行了改进,并运用于临床10例,取得了良好效果。
