摘要
API螺纹接头由于本身的结构设计以及加工公差已不能满足高温、高压的密封需要,而国内对气密封接头的密封特性研究较少。为此,对锥面/锥面结构密封采用有限元软件进行模拟,研究特殊螺纹接头锥面/锥面结构密封接触压力分布规律和密封性能,分析并讨论密封结构对主密封接触压力的影响。结果认为,特殊螺纹接头锥面/锥面结构密封主密封上具有很高的接触压力;密封面结构参数的变化对接触压力值的变化影响较大,但是对有效接触长度基本没有影响;单纯采用锥面/锥面结构密封,主密封面上存在应力集中,接触压力分布极不均匀,有效接触长度很短,密封面没有得到充分利用,需要对接头进行改进,以改善接头的密封特性。
The API threaded connection cannot satisfy the sealing requirement of high temperature and high pressure due to its own structure and machining tolerance,and little research has been done on the seal characteristics of the gas seal connection.Therefore,a simulation of the cone-cone structure seal was conducted through the finite element software,studying the contact pressure distribution law and seal property of the cone-cone structure seal of the premium connection,and analyzing and discussing the effect of the seal structure on the contact pressure of the primary seal.The change of the structural parameters of the seal surface remarkably affected the change of the contact pressure value,but it almost had no effect on the effective contact length.The mere adoption of the cone-cone structure seal would cause the stress concentration on the primary seal,greatly uneven distribution of contact pressure,and short effective contact length.The seal surface was not used fully.Therefore,the connection needs to be improved so as to strengthen the seal performance of the connection.
