摘要
为了找出更有利于真空腔抑爆的因素,利用层次分析法将影响真空腔抑爆性能的因素层次化,形成1个具有3个层次的分析模型,根据各因素的相对重要性建立了数学矩阵,通过定量求解得到各因素的重要度。分析结果显示,真空腔抑爆性能影响因素的累计权重分别为:安装位置0.68、腔体形状0.1876、接入级数0.0889、腔体大小0.0438,即真空腔安装位置对其抑爆效果影响最大,腔体大小对真空腔抑爆效果影响最小。
In order to find the factors,more effective for explosion-suppression of vacuum chamber,the factors influencing the explosion-suppression performance of vacuum chamber were organized into a three-hierchy model by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP).According to the relative importance of the various factors,some judgment matrices were established,and the importance of each factor was obtained by quantitatively solving.The results showed that the cumulative weight of the various influencing factors such as installation site,chamber shape connection stage number and chamber size is 0.1876,0.0889 and 0.0438 respectively,this means that for the installation site of the vacuum chamber the influence on the explosion-suppression effect is the most,and for the size of the vacuum chamber is the least.
